Day 01: Arrival at Bangalore, Bangalore to Coorg (260 Kms/ 5 to 6 hrs)-
Upon your arrival at Bangalore, your driver will greet you at Bangalore Airport/ Railway Station. Proceed your journey towards Coorg- The Scotland of India. On arrival at Coorg, check-in at a hotel and rest of the day is at leisure for comfortable stay. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 02: Coorg Sightseeing-
After breakfast, proceed for sightseeing at Coorg. This hill station is famous for amazing waterfalls, lush green valleys, misty hills, coffee plantations and deep forests. Visit Bhagamandala- that is popular for confluence of three sacred rivers- Kaveri, Kanike and Sujyothi. Later visit Talacauveri- the origin of Kaveri River. Then, visit Abbey Falls- one of the important tourist destinations located in the Western Ghats of Karnataka. Visit Omkareshwara Temple – a Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva located in the heart of the city. Then visit Raja Seat- a seasonal garden of flowers and artificial fountains. Later, return to the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 03: Coorg – Mysore (140 Kms/ 2 to 3 hrs)-
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed towards Mysore. Visit Mysore Palace – a historical palace that is the official residence of the royal family that ruled Mysore from 1399 to 1950. Later visit Brindavan Gardens- built across River Kaveri. Then, visit St. Philomena’s Church Mysore – a Catholic church built in honour of St. Philomena in 1936. Visit Chamundeshwari temple- also known as ‘Shakti Peeth’ or ‘Durga’ to study the ancient architecture of Hinduism. In the evening visit Karanji Lake- where various varieties of birds are found. One can also experience this place as an ideal place as it has kids play area, garden, boating and bird watching areas. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 04: Mysore – Srirangapatnam – Banglore (170 Kms/ 3 to 4 hrs)-
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed towards Bangalore enroute visit Srirangapatnam- an island in the river Kaveri which is considered auspicious and religious. Visit Dariya Daulat Bagh- beautiful gardens in the Dariya Daulat Palace, also known as the Summer Palace. This Palace is made of teakwood. Later visit Srirangapatna Fort – famous for its religious significance. Further proceed towards Bangalore. On arrival, check-in a hotel and have rest for some time. Later visit ISKCON Temple – one of the magnificent temples across India, where one can witness spiritual harmony. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 05: Bangalore City Tour-
After breakfast, visit Cubbon Park, Vidhana Soudha- houses State Legislature and The Secretariat. Later visit Bangalore Palace- famous for its beautiful gardens and wooden structure. Then, visit Lalbagh- one of the famous gardens where various flowers and plants with different collection of tropical and sub tropical varieties are found. Then, return to the hotel for rest and overnight stay.
Day 06: Bangalore Drop at Airport/ Railway Station –
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed towards Bangalore Airport or Railway Station for your onwards journey with memories
